The Arizona Corporation Commission’s website is broken with respect to getting a Certificate of Good Standing.  In the past anybody could go online and buy and download a Certificate of Good Standing for $45.  Now only an authorized filer can get the Certificate of Good Standing on the Arizona Corporation Commission’s website.

If, and only if, we formed your LLC or PLLC, here is what you need to do to get a Certificate of Good Standing for your entity:
  1. You or somebody in your company must go to the following link and create an account on the Arizona Corporation Commission’s website.  The link is https://ecorp.azcc.gov/AzAccount/Register
  2. After that person creates an account on the ACC’s website send me an email message and tell me the person’s name and email address entered in the ACC’s website.
  3. I will add that person as an authorized filer who can make filings online with respect to the company’s account and information.
  4. The ACC will send the person an email notifying them that he/she has been named as an authorized filer.
  5. The person must then login to the ACC’s website and accept the appointment.
  6. The person can now purchase a Certificate of Good Standing.  Pay the $45 fee to be able to download the COGS immediately.
