Arizona LLC law requires that newly formed LLCs whose statutory agent’s street address is not in Maricopa County or Pima County must prepare and file a Notice of Publication with a newspaper approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission within sixty days after the ACC approves the Articles of Organization.  If we formed your LLC and KEYTLaw, LLC, is the LLC’s statutory agent newspaper publication is not required because KEYTLaw’s street address is in Maricopa County.

What to Do If We Formed Your LLC & the Stree Address of its Statutory Agent is Outside Maricopa or Pima County

If we formed your LLC and the address of its statutory agent is not in Maricopa County or Pima County you must publish the Notice of Publication in an Arizona Corporation Commission approved newspaper in the county in which the street address of the LLC’s statutory agent is located.
